We strongly prefer an annual agreement for services, with the scope of work and costs specified in the agreement.

We can turn around a web site redesign within a week if we know and have the specifics of the redesign, but it's not our preferred way to work. We strongly prefer to match site goals with design, and that usually takes a little longer than a week from start to finish.
